For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside business owners, leaders, professionals, and clients navigating growth, change, opportunity, and uncertainty. My career began in the legal profession, where I developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, problem-solving, and client service.

In 2015, I launched my own virtual assistant business, which evolved into high-level Online Business Management (OBM) services supporting entrepreneurs and growing organizations. At one point, I was simultaneously supporting the operations of 12 small businesses, giving me a unique behind-the-scenes perspective on what helps businesses thrive and what often holds them back.

Through that work, I saw a common theme: business success is rarely limited by strategy alone. More often, it is influenced by clarity, leadership, confidence, decision-making, and the ability to align actions with a meaningful vision.

That realization led me to the creation of True Visionary Coaching LLC.

Today, I bring together coaching, operational expertise, and real-world business experience to support business owners, executives, managers, sales professionals, and emerging leaders. Whether I am coaching a client, conducting an operational audit, or providing strategic business management support, my goal is the same: to help people create greater clarity, alignment, and sustainable success.

As a Co-Active Practitioner, I believe people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. My role when coaching is not to tell you what to do or provide all the answers. It is to create a partnership that helps you access your own insight, courage, and commitment so that you can move forward with confidence and intention.

After spending nearly 40 years in Seattle, I relocated to Tucson in 2019, where I continue to embrace adventure in both my professional and personal life. When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me running, cycling, hiking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends.
