Background & Experience
My work as a Fractional OBM and COO is built on nearly three decades of real-world operational experience across legal, business management, and entrepreneurship.
I began my career in the legal industry, where precision, systems thinking, and operational discipline were foundational to the work. That environment trained me early in how to manage complexity, structure information, and support high-stakes decision-making.
From there, I transitioned into business operations and virtual support work, launching my first business in 2015. What began as executive and administrative support quickly evolved into high-level online business management as I stepped deeper into the operations of the businesses I supported.
At one point in my VA and OBM work, I was effectively operating across 12 different small businesses simultaneously, managing everything from day-to-day execution support to systems design, workflow optimization, project coordination, and operational organization. This experience is what naturally shifted my work from “support role” into true operational leadership.
Over time, this evolved into more strategic partnership work helping founders and business owners not just stay organized, but actually design and run their businesses more effectively.
Today, my coaching and consulting work with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and leaders continues to deepen this experience. While coaching focuses on the human side of leadership and decision-making, my OBM and COO work focuses on the operational side bringing both strategy and execution into alignment so businesses can actually function at a higher level.
